  • Submitting the online enquiry form does not guarantee an appointment.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at Steph's discretion.
  • Steph reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness or emergency, with as much notice as possible.

  • Final results may vary based on your hair type, condition, and existing colour.
  • Steph will conduct a consultation prior to any colour or chemical service to assess suitability.
  • Any known allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed before the service commences.
